Adulte et enfant ? 15 ans : 200 à 400 mg par prise au repas, à renouveler si besoin toutes les 4 à 6 heures. Ne pas dépasser 1 200 mg/jour).
Enfant de 3 mois et plus : 20 à 30 mg/kg/jour en 3 à 4 prises espacées de 6 à 8 heures.
