Chez l'adulte et l'enfant de 12 ans ou plus, et pesant 35 kg ou plus, la dose totale sera administrée en 6 prises de 4 comprimés (soit 24 comprimés) réparties sur une durée totale de 60 heures selon le schéma suivant :
- première prise au moment du diagnostic : 4 comprimés ;
- puis 5 prises de 4 comprimés 8, 24, 36, 48 et 60 heures après la première prise.
Chez l'enfant et le nourrisson pesant de 5 kg à moins de 35 kg, la dose totale recommandée est de 6 prises de 1 à 3 comprimés en fonction du poids corporel
