Posologie (Dose et Administration)
- Posologie Usuelle : La dose est strictement individuelle et calculée selon le poids et la pathologie.
- Règle générale : 10 à 40 gouttes par kg et par jour.
- Note : 40 gouttes = 1 ml = 0,5 mg de bétaméthasone.
- Mode d'administration : Voie orale. Diluer les gouttes dans un peu d'eau ou un jus de fruit.
- Moment de prise : De préférence le matin au petit-déjeuner pour respecter le rythme naturel de sécrétion du cortisol et éviter l'insomnie.
- Indication : Maladies inflammatoires ou allergiques sévères (asthme, laryngite, réactions cutanées, etc.).
- Mise en garde :
- Ne pas arrêter le traitement brutalement sans avis médical (si traitement prolongé).
- Limiter la consommation de sel et de sucre pendant le traitement
