Posologie (Dose et Administration)
- Posologie Usuelle : 1 comprimé (50 mg) par jour.
- Mode d'administration : Voie orale. À avaler entier avec un verre d'eau.
- Moment de prise : De préférence chaque jour à la même heure, avec ou sans nourriture.
- Indication : Traitement du cancer de la prostate avancé, souvent en association avec d'autres traitements (analogues de la LHRH ou castration chirurgicale).
- Mise en garde :
- Nécessite une surveillance régulière de la fonction hépatique (bilan sanguin).
- Peut provoquer des bouffées de chaleur, une sensibilité mammaire ou une somnolence.
