 Posologie (Dose et Administration)

La cure complète dure 3 jours et comprend 6 prises au total. 

  • Posologie Adulte (Poids > 35 kg) :
    • Jour 1 : 4 comprimés immédiatement (H0), puis 4 comprimés 8 heures plus tard.
    • Jour 2 : 4 comprimés le matin et 4 comprimés le soir (intervalle de 12h).
    • Jour 3 : 4 comprimés le matin et 4 comprimés le soir.
    • Total de la cure : 24 comprimés.
  • Mode d'administration : Voie orale. À avaler avec un verre d'eau.
  • Conseil important : Prendre de préférence au cours d'un repas riche en graisses (ou avec du lait) pour maximiser l'absorption du médicament.
  • Indication : Traitement curatif de l'accès palustre simple à Plasmodium falciparum .
