– Enfant de 5 à < 25 kg : 2,5 à 10 mg/kg par jour de DHA + 20 à 32 mg/kg par jour de PPQ
– Enfant de 25 kg et plus et adulte : 2 à 10 mg/kg par jour de DHA + 16 à 27 mg/kg par jour de PPQ

5 à < 8 kg 1 cp –
8 à < 11 kg 1½ cp –
11 à < 17 kg – 1 cp
17 à < 25 kg – 1½ cp
25 à < 36 kg – 2 cp
36 à < 60 kg – 3 cp
60 à < 80 kg – 4 cp
≥ 80 kg – 5 cp
– Les comprimés sont administrés une fois par jour pendant 3 jours
