MabThera doit être utilisé en association avec une chimiothérapie "CHOP". La posologie recommandée est de 375 mg/m² de surface corporelle, administrés le premier jour de chaque cure de chimiothérapie, pendant 8 cures, après perfusion intraveineuse du glucocorticoïde du protocole "CHOP". La tolérance et l'efficacité de MabThera n'ont pas été démontrées en association à d'autres chimiothérapies en cas de lymphome non-hodgkinien agressif diffus à grandes cellules B.
