Enfant de 5 à < 25 kg : 2,5 à 10 mg/kg par jour de DHA + 20 à 32 mg/kg par jour de PPQ.
Enfant de 25 kg et plus et adulte : 2 à 10 mg/kg par jour de DHA + 16 à 27 mg/kg par jour de PPQ.
