En curatif La posologie quotidienne doit être fractionnée en 2 à 3 prises pour les angines voire en 3 ou 4 prises pour les autres indications. Chez l'adulte: 2 000 000 UI à 4 000 000 UI /jour. Chez le nourrisson et l'enfant jusqu'à 40 kg: 50 000 à 100 000 UI/kg/jour. En prophylaxie Adulte: 2 000 000 UI/jour. Nourrisson et enfant: Jusqu'à 10 kg: 100 000 UI/kg/jour.
