La posologie initiale habituelle de TAHOR est de 10 mg en une prise par jour chez les adultes et enfants âgés de 10 ans ou plus. La posologie peut être augmentée si nécessaire par votre médecin jusqu'à la posologie dont vous avez besoin. La posologie sera adaptée par votre médecin à intervalles d’au moins 4 semaines. La dose maximale de TAHOR est de 80 mg une fois par jour.
