Posologie usuelle :
Le traitement comprend 6 prises sur une durée de 60 heures selon le schéma suivant : une première prise au moment du diagnostic, puis 5 prises 8 heures, 24, 36, 48 et 60 heures après la première prise.
- Adulte et enfant de plus de 12 ans (pesant plus de 35 kg) : 4 comprimés par prise.
- Enfant de 25 à 35 kg : 3 comprimés par prise.
- Enfant de 15 à 25 kg : 2 comprimés par prise.
- Enfant de 5 à 15 kg : 1 comprimé par prise.
