1. Data we collect
- Your name and WhatsApp number, to create your account.
- Your searches and availability requests, to ask nearby partners.
- Your approximate position, if you allow it, to sort results by distance.
- The prescription photo you attach to a request, seen only by the pharmacies asked.
- Your top-ups and payments.
2. Why we use it
To run the service, pass your requests to the partners concerned, keep your account history and meet our legal obligations.
3. Who we share it with
With the partner you send a request or a payment to, without your phone number, and with our payment and messaging providers. We do not sell your data.
4. How long we keep it
Your personal data is erased when you delete your account. Financial operations are kept as long as our accounting obligations require.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data. To delete your account, follow the steps on the Delete my account page.
